While HTC launced Desire XC 635 dual SIM which is the next successor of their “Desire” series, LG launced their next Optimus series smartphone ‘Optimus L4 II E455’ which is also a dual SIM supported Android smartphone.

While HTC is giving you to choose between Black and White color choices, but LG will be available in only White color. Though in Russian market, this LG Optimus version is available in both Black and White color ranges.
Price in Indian market:
HTC Desire XC 635 Android smartphone is going to be little expensive to it’s Indian customers with an official MRP of Rs. 18,299/- (SnapDeal price- Rs. 16,499/-). But in case of LG Optimus L4 II E 455 smartphone, the official MRP stands around Rs. 9,850/-, which is almost half of the HTC Desire XC price.
If you are looking for a low budget smartphone with few excellent features, then go for LG Optimus L4 II E455 Android Jelly Bean. With Android’s next generation Jelly Bean OS, this smartphone will be a good choice over HTC Desire XC 635. But if you are going to feel a wider screen and studio quality music user experiences, better to go with HTC Desire XC 635 smartphone.
